The websites are a platform that facilitate the online sale and purchase of merchandise and services. Trisara has the right to change or discontinue any service at any time, without notice. Trisara may add or modify the procedures, modes, processes or conditions of purchase at any time. Trisara shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of any aspect of the services.
Product
Trisara enables the sale of a variety of products. Shipping for all the products on the website shall be per the company's policy, which may be changed from time to time.
In case you receive a damaged product, please write to us on designtrisara12@gmail.com. Damage will be assessed and a solution will be offered. The product may be replaced or other corrective measure may be taken to address the issue.

Products displayed/sold on the Trisara website are manufactured/procured as per the applicable Local Laws of India and are in conformity with the required Indian industry standards.

We usually include selected products on sale
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
We experience high volumes during the sale and will be unable to cancel any order due to shipment delays. However, we reserve the right to cancel an order on account of the non-availability of goods.
Services
You should take all responsibility for your own actions in utilizing the products purchased by you; Trisara shall not be liable for any such action.
You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws as applicable in India.
Trisara shall not be responsible for any deficiency in payment of consideration payable towards the products purchased on the website.

Trisara does not guarantee that the price will be the lowest in the city, region or geography. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice or any consequential liability to you.

In the event that a product or service is listed with incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, Trisara may, at its discretion, contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Credit Card Details
You might be required to provide your credit or debit card details to the approved payment gateways while making the payment. In this regard you agree to provide correct and accurate credit/debit card details to the approved payment gateways for availing services on the website. DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We have FREE shipping within India. Once you place an order your items would be delivered within 8-12 working days. Though we use some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your order reach you. Please Note- During festivals, adverse weather conditions or PANDEMICS, your shipment could get further delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer shipping worldwide, rates will be calculated at the check out depending on your location. International orders will be Shipped in 10 working days. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for delivery.
CUSTOMS/DUTIES
Customs / duties / any additional charges (if any) are levied as the package reaches its destination country. TRISARA does not take any responsibility for any additional charges, nor will we be aware of them as they solely depend on the destination country. If you would like to know more about any duties or taxes that might be applicable in your country, we recommend reaching out to your nearest customs office with any inquiries you may have.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We use standard sizes to help you pick the perfect size. However if you still want to swap your items for another size or style then you may return them at:

Within 30 Days along with the tags in its original box packing along with the invoice. Please mention your desired exchange piece along with the size on the invoice. The exchange piece must be of similar or higher value. We can also issue you a credit note if you choose to delay your purchase for the exchange items. You may also mail us on EMAIL ID for the same.
Important thing to keep in mind while sending back the product for return:
∙ All items must have the original tags, and should be unworn, unwashed, and
undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant or detergent.
∙ All items should be free of make – up or tan marks
*We do not entertain refund & cancellation requests.
*Altered outfits will not be eligible for exchange.
*We do not entertain returns & exchanges on international orders.
